Q.2)What are the valid ID proofs that I should carry?
You need to carry a govt. issued address Id proof with photo and address. Some of the valid Id proofs are Voter Id Card, Passport, Aadhar Card. Pan Cards are not valid ID proofs.
Q.3)What is the cancellation & refund policy of FabHotels?
If you cancel your bookings more than 24 hours before the check-in date, there will be no cancellation fee charged from you. If you cancel between 0-24 hours before the check-in date, you will be charged a one-night cost as a cancellation fee.
The refund of your payment will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request of cancellation and money will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
