Cancellation policies at Bigsmall

  • In case, you want to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. For that just email at support@bigsmall.in and mention your order number in the subject line.
  • In case you want to cancel the order after it is dispatched from the warehouse, you can simply refuse to accept the order.

Return Policy

  • You can return the products if you received the product in a damaged or defective condition. For that, you need to inform the team within 7 working days of receiving the order.
  • In cases where the size or quality of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition within 7 workings days from the day of delivery. Once the product arrived in the warehouse, we would issue store credits for the same value of the ordered product.
  • Return is not eligible for bulk or corporate orders.

Refund Policy

  • The refund for any product is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available.
  • In case of online paid orders, you will get a refund in the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, your bank account details would be required and you will get the refund within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be credited via Paytm.
